Reseach On Workshop-workflow Management System Based On SOA

With the increasingly fierce competition in the global manufacturing market, more varieties requirements of small batch production workshop gradually dominate in enterprise production. The demand of enterprise’s business process reconstruction is higher and higher. As the manufacturing centers of materialized, a workshop’s production process reconstruction is a standard with which enterprise can reach high business process reengineering.In the modern manufacturing industry production management system, business process becomes more and more complex, higher requirement of business process automation appears, and advanced production technology is required. A new generation of workshop production management system is appeared. This article studies workshop-workflow management system based on SOA. Inserted the ideas of SOA in the workflow management system, the system will be good flexible and provide different workshop users what they need. This workflow system is suitable for various distributed heterogeneous computing environment, and it can easily integrated into the workshop production management system.Firstly, this paper expounds on the related concepts of SOA technology and workflow technology, and introduces workflow management system. After analyzing the short of contemporary manufacturing workshop production management system, as well as the advantages and the disadvantages of traditional workflow technology, the traditional workflow technology can not adapt to the problem of distributed heterogeneous environment. The SOA technology is put forward to combine with workflow technology and implanted in solutions of the workshop production management system.Secondly, in combination of SOA and workflow technology this paper creates a workshop-workflow model based on SOA. With a comprehensive analysis of the problem of the existing modeling methods, SOA technology has joined in the process of creating workflow modeling. This model implements the integration which is between different workshop department organization and the workflow’s function of providing service to users. It can effectively improve the efficiency of production workshop. Because workshop-workflow system is a distributed heterogeneous architecture, the user can call system application through the Web Service. The workshop-workflow management system based on SOA what has been designed has four layers of frame structure. This system has a unified general agreement Web interface, and then it can reduce difficulty of the system integration.At last, based on the SOA-workflow model, this paper designs the data model and function model of the workflow management system, and the workflow engine control model. Research is mainly focused on the routing control of business processes which includes in control model, and it designs the solution of several problems arising from the flow path scheduling scheme. Then this paper analyzes and designs the two function subsystems of the workflow management system’s function model, and finally completes the overall implementation of workshop-workflow management system based on SOA.
