Research And Realization Of Workflow For Web OA

With the rapid growth and application of Internet/Intranet, a good chance has been offered to the development of OA. Today, the Web OA application technology research gradually becomes the hot spot. Workflow is the key technology of the Web OA. The paper does advanced research with workflow technology of Web OA.This paper analyses the workflow server and workflow collaboration technology on the basis of Web OA system architecture. It probes into route arithmetic of workflow server and discusses the main way of workflow collaboration. In the following, we also finish schedule, creation and realization of workflow on the research of Exchange workflow architecture, Active Directory, Web Storage System, Collaboration Data Objects and so on.As to the character of low efficiency during Exchange manages structure data and complexity of data back-up, this paper provides a solution to realize Web OA system with the workflow technology based on the relational database. In the course, the paper discusses two aspects of it. One is workflow enactment service that concerns workflow engineer design and realization. The other is workflow collaboration technology with the new resolve project based on the workflow collaborative server that is composed of virtual account, destination address code, mailbox, and distributed job.The research technology of this paper has been applied successfully in a government department OA system.
