Study And Realize On The Workflow Engine Based Web Service

With the popularity of the Internet applications and the development of the Web technologies, it provides an ideal platform to construct a Web Service based workflow management system. The Web based workflow engine provides an excellent basement of remote office and cooperation of enterprises. The access method based on SOAP may resolve the problem that the technique of COM+ strides over Internet firewall. And the method may enable the Web based workflow engine condition distributing on Internet. The workflow management system, which is studied in this paper, combines the j2EE and XML, provides a method of design and implement of Web Service based workflow engine. The dissertation makes the detailed researched from the concept, system structure and realization technique of the workflow. The main tasks of this paper are as follows:Introduces the origin and the concept of the workflow;Introduces the correlation concepts of the workflow models;Researches on the system structure of the workflow;Researches on the realization and the application of the web service based workflow.
