In recent years, the information technology make a spurt of progress, the computer penetration rate increasing, the small and medium-sized enterprise in informatization construction, many enterprises in the development of human resources management system, enterprise informatization forward direction, the system needs more and more. The system according to the actual personnel, financial system, after the detailed needs analysis, using Delphi+SQL SERVER as a development tool developed by the human resource management system.Modern enterprise human resources management emphasis is rapidly increasing, and information technology in human resource management application will help companies to optimize human resource management business processes, increase efficiency, improve service quality, and provide information-based decision support.
