Tissue chips technology is a contemporary and practical biological technology, it combines a large number of tissue samples with the established requirements together, and then made into pathological sections of various detection. In the process of Tissue chips technology is more complicated than traditional pathological technology. Evidently, the advantage of Tissue chips is high throughput, variety, good experimental and reliable conclusion. Therefore, a modern biochip technology is full of great economic value and market prospect. However, the intricate preparation of this technology always plagues many people. The production of paraffin wax tissue chip is mainly divided into two modes at present: ①manual mill processing, this model generally pure handmade; as a result of its strong professional, high technical requirements and long-time production, this method is only suitable for a few sample Tissue chips production, and it is difficult to popularize; semi②-automatic or automatic machinery production, this model can better reduce the production time of Tissue chip, and it is mostly used by digital control rather than many professional technical, on the other hand, these devices are currently most expensive in the market also the preparation volume is quite large and the quality is hard to guarantee so that only some large hospitals and research institutes can purchase, and many ordinary hospitals or scientific research units cannot unitize this type of equipment.PCL control technology is widely used digital control technology so far. With the development of PLC technology and its wide application, the initial development of PLC is to replace the traditional replay control technology. From the original development of the switch quantity logic control to the current analog quantity, amount of exercise control, process control, data processing and even in the field of communications and networking technology PLC, this technology always can make goods performs.This thesis is based Tissue chip technology and mainly depends on PLC control technology to organize the preparation of the chip technology combined with numerical control technology of PLC, and so forth. According to a new type of Tissue chips wax block as the core chip by personal internship study, and it based on numerical control technology of PLC control method in order to stepper motor and encoder for movement and feedback mechanism; meanwhile using the touch screen as a monitor and controller to design and create a new type of Tissue chip(wax block) production of instrument.This report analyses the current situation of Tissue chips and preparation technology from domestic and internationally researches. These previous topics suggest that this research is significant and valuable for studying, and author has extraordinary innovation ideas for this project. In addition, it explains PLC control technology and introduces its theory and function, and then it studies PLC ladder diagram programming language. Furthermore, it aims to develop equipments to carry on the ladder diagram programming. In the mean time, it also designs the related developments of the touch screen. Eventually, the system experiments verify the previous design programs can run smoothly by the expected requirements.This article is focus on producing Tissue chips(wax block) instrument, and it has completed the development and production of a sample and it runs regularly. The following direction of this research accords to the actual production of the prototype for optimization and improvement program.
