In the thesis, based on the analysis of the present state of the exhausting machine manufacturing, the new control method for the machine is put forward: the whole logic and heating system control based on PLC.FX2N series PLC is adopted as the main control device. In solving the problem of logic control, the absolute encoder is used to detect the circumferential position of the main shaft of the machine. By setting deferent angel value for deferent motion in PLC diagram according to the demand of lamp manufacturing, the motion sequence is ensured. In this way, the control circuit is simplified; and since many sensors for position detecting are spared, the number of PLC I/O points is cut down and the cost of the system is reduced.In the design of the heating control system, the traditional method based on separate gauge is replaced by a new idea—fuzzy control strategy based on PLC program. In the thesis, the procedure of the design is described and the PLC programming for realizing fuzzy strategy is analyzed in detail. By adopting this new control method, the circuit of the heating control system is simplified ,and in the meantime ,the control precision is increased.As to the design of human-machine interface, the touch panel is used. In the thesis, except for the routine function of HMI, the temperature real-time monitoring is also realized.
