In recent years, the mission of the Fire Army of Maanshan Armed Police, which takes responsibility for the emergency and rescue of major disasters and accidents in the whole city, has maintained a continuous growing situation. Facing those heavy and trivial missions, the army’s assets management has become an important and difficult part in daily works. Nowadays, the army is in urgent need of establishing a set of scientifically and efficiently modern system software for assets management, using high and new technologies.In the past, the Fire Army has always adopted the way of artificial accounting statistics. The artificial accounting statistics would easily bring about problems such as the absent of information reserve, untimely reference and so on, which are due to the frequent transfer and handover of relevant workers.Our system modularize the various functions of assets management system, test and realize the function, adopting B/S structure technology and other technologies. It consists of system login module, assets management module, assets loan management module, staff management module, account management module,system management module and so on.Comparing with the original, the new system is efficient, timely, accurate and stable. It adjusts to the speedy development of the Fire Army of Maanshan Armed Police and guarantees the advance, accuracy, efficiency and safety of assets management. When the new system comes into service, it would strength the assets management system, improve the assets management efficiency, save the manpower and money, enabling the army to put more time and effort into the emergency and rescue.
