The Design And Implementation Of Financial Assets Management Information System Based On WEB

With the rise of computer industry and the popularization of internet, modern electronic technology has been rapidly developed. Enterprise information construction has a far-reaching influence on improving productivity and market competitiveness and has a importance significance.Because of the business characteristic of financial assets company, the amount of customer information and financial data is large, the involved customer field is wide, not to mention the information management is particularly complicated. Financial assets management information system is a network management platform built based on WEB technology, with the aid of computer technology and database management system. It can record the whole group company assets, and realize management by the electronic means, and achieve the business operation efficiency, the process of standardization, as well as exact and correct grasp of profit and loss, customer information sharing, and financial effective statistical information, so that it can help to avoid human errors and operation irregularities, provide support for management in investment decisions.This thesis, according to the characteristics of the business and work data of financial asset management companies, referring to the relevant technology of WEB research and demand analysis of the system, determines the implementation scheme of the system. In this thesis, the system uses Browser/Server three-layer architecture model for design. The system uses Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as the database Server, JSP coding language as application development, to realize high-efficient database communication on the Internet.After Analyzing the demand for financial assets management information system, determine the system function module and the business process, and then complete the system’s general function design, database table design as well as the detailed function design of each subsystem. Based on the system design principle, according to the detailed design of each subsystem function module development, the specific function of each subsystem has been realized in turn, including the five function modules namely user information management, customer information management, assets information management, business information management, financial information management, enterprise information management.The financial assets management information system designed in this thesis can run on the operating system Windows XP / 2003/7 etc., and work well according to the detailed system test plan in the lab test of the system.This thesis mainly introduces the development of the financial assets management information system based on Web technology. Firstly in this thesis, the development and the present situation of the management information system, and related concepts of financial assets management system and demand is described, and then some information technology used by management information system is introduced, including network technology, JSP application development technology, database and data security technology etc.. And the thesis analyzes the system structure of financial assets management system and the function division, and illustrates the realization of the system and the test of the system. At last the thesis the points out the value of the system in helping standardization of financial asset management company’s business processes, customer information sharing and collaborative application and accurate statistics, helping employees and financial assets management in work and decision making.
