The enterprise is a large foreign production-oriented enterprises, the company has nearly one thousand employees. The dedicated ERP management system is used for the production data management in the operation of the enterprise, but the daily work relates to the traffic equipment, computer, air conditioners and other non-production equipment manages very complex. The large and cumbersome management involves some processes such as the purchase, registration, scrap, transfers and so on. In order to improve the use efficiency of enterprises equipment, the company made the unified equipment management by information technology and constructed the fixed assets management system.The system adopted the C/S and B/S mixed mode development, the SQL Server database was made as the Server side of the system in the borrow and return function, and device management part adopted the independent development of the client, and the equipment took B/S mode for ordinary employees to query, namely it could check the borrowed situation of personal and loan assets by the website. It used the case diagram, sequence diagram and activity diagram of the UML tools in the system development to mode, analysis and design the system, and also used the ER chart to design data model. The system development completely used the object-oriented c#language coding, the client side adopted the C#.net development technology, web application process partly used the asp.net development technology. It took full advantage of the UML modeling design, application development and testing functions of the Visual studio2010tool to implement projects. The safety of the project design was considered in the project development.The bellowing work was finished as follows:1) responsible for the system requirement analysis, system investigation, collection relevant data form, analysis of the system functional requirements, performance data requirements.2) responsible for the design of the system, especially the function and structure design, system database and system test design.3) involved in the part of the development of the module, such as the system of fixed assets management module, statistical analysis of system module, etc.4) responsible for the debugging and testing of the system.The Project achieved the fixed assets management of departments, implemented the management digitization of each process made equipment management efficiently, kept the data consistency during different departments, improved the efficiency of management and equipment utilization, and was also convenient for asset inventory of equipment. The statistical and analytical function of system provided an important basis for the decision of enterprise management personnel.
