Research On Management Information System Of HS Company Assets

Fixed asset management is a part of enterprise management, which is the basis of enterprise management. It can reduce enterprise resource waste by strengthen the management of fixed assets, improve asset utilization and the intact rate, reduce the operation cost of enterprises, and make it play a greater efficiency. It will produce a large amount of information in the asset management process. It is a time-consuming and laborious job only relying on artificial management. In the face of a large number of data and the heavy management tasks, it can reduce the labor intensity of manual operation by computer and database technology. It can analyze, make manager plan, control and decision-making prediction easily. In practice, the management of fixed assets is very important to enhance the economic benefits of enterprises, promote enterprise development. It has an important significance and social and economic prosperity.In this paper, according to the HS requirements of the development of the company, design a set of suitable for HS company fixed assets management system based on thorough investigation. The main work and achievements are included:(1)The research status and development trend of management of fixed assets was summarized at home and abroad.(2)In view of object oriented analysis method by case analysis of the fixed assets management system according to users’ demand, displaying some functions of the system to be realized. Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of B/S and C/S system architecture, the asset management system of the physical structure with B/S is designed.(3)The business requirement of a fixed asset management system in HS Company is analyzed. According to the enterprise fixed assets management of existing business processes, to do science department management division of responsibilities and process optimization, in-depth analysis of the system’s functional requirements and non functional requirements.(4)A detailed design of fixed assets management system in HS company is made. The design of the overall system architecture, system function and database, starting from the angle of system administrator, introduces the landing page after login page, design method, asset information entry page, assets depreciation and asset classification statistics page page and actual effect.(5)The test scheme is designed for the system, including black box testing, function testing and interface test method and test case.
