Government Information Technology Asset Management System Development And Realization

With fast development of electronic government, huge amount of software systems and hardware systems are purchased, which constitute the government information asset. How to construct an efficient and convenient management information system to manage and utilize these information assets is a new problem with development of electronic government.The government information asset management information system (GIAMIS) is the system to realize the function to login, check, and summary and manage the information of the assets by means of information technology. The government information asset management information system can enhance efficiency of the information assets in the government to provide management with high quality and international standard.Taking the Shaoxing high-tech industrial development zone for example, this article design and implement government information asset management information system with high efficiency. Based on the .Net technology of Microsoft Corporation and the three-tire Browser/Server structure, the government information asset management information system aims to provide the administrative staffs with an user-friendly management information system. The dissertation first introduces development of government information asset management information system. Then, some key technologies used in the system are introduced. According to the needs of the government information asset management system, the article analyzes two aspects including the function needs and the non-function needs. The architecture of the system is introduced, and each part is designed in detail. In the end, the system is tested by means of black-box testing and the testing results show that the system has achieved the expected goal.
