Along with the constant changes in the concept of human resource management in enterprises,and the rapid development of information technology,the manual management methods for human resource management have not been able to adapt to changes in society.The development of network communication has made information transmission faster and faster,and the competitive pressure faced by banking companies has become more and more,which has brought challenges to the management of human resources of banking enterprises.For banking companies,it is urgent to take the necessary measures to improve the scientific and rational decision-making of managers.Therefore,it is very necessary to develop a human resource management information system running under the network environment.Based on the research of human resource management at home and abroad,this paper designs and implements a human resource management system based on J2EE.The system mainly includes functional modules such as employee information management,employee recruitment management,employee training management,employee attendance management,employee assessment management,employee salary management and system management.Basically realized the business function of the current human resources management of the Agricultural Bank of Liaoning Liaoyang Branch.In this paper,the process of employee data mining and decision support using ID3 decision tree algorithm is introduced,and the results of data mining are analyzed.The human resource management system selected a variety of mainstream Web system development technologies at the time of development.J2EE technology is used to design the system.Among them,the MVC mode is selected to realize the separation of view and model.The EJB component technology is selected to realize the business layer of the system,and the system business layer is completely separated from the system performance layer,which effectively reduces the between programs.Coupling degree increases independence.At the same time,using J2EE features,component technology is used to improve code reuse,improve system development efficiency,and increase system scalability.In addition,the simple interface design and a variety of prompt information,so that users can quickly grasp the use of the system.In addition,the background database of the system selects the relational database SQL Server2008,which can conveniently realize the storage and management of large data volume,and the data security can be effectively guaranteed.The use of the Java language makes the development of the system very simple and also increases the portability of the system.Finally,after testing,the designed system runs stably and meets the design requirements.
