The Design And Application Of The Office Automatization(OA) System In Machine Repair Plant Of Daqing Oilfield

It has the function of searching and statistic, openness and expendability, realizes “from information to human beings”.This system successful implements the delivery and share of information by some safety mechanism, such as firewall. It can fulfill the demand of OA system.It has provided and exchanged much information since it was run, and opened many activities, such as the photograph exhibition of “the express of Drilling and Exploration’s mien” and the articles soliciting of “corporation culture of Drilling and Exploration”, thus saved a great deal of printing costs, effectively spared the files’ running time, and increased work efficiency. It has been greatly praised by the interrelated leaders and users.
