OA can help the work collaborative,and OA can help the informationexpedient,and OA can help the decision-making scientific.Now Domino/Notes exploitation platform is the best software to designOA in the market.It is the industry standard truly.So in this paper,wechoose Domino/Notes system as the exploitation platform. And we willdiscuss the core technology to design OA in detail,including workflowdesigner,security designer,interface designer. Of course,the mostimportant ones are workflow designer and security designer.
