The Research Of Security Technology In The System Of Office Automatization

Security of information systems is an important issue in information systems design and development. The office automation system is an important information system which have high and special security. The research of the office automation systems has more meanings. The purpose of the research would solve the question in security of enterprise. As a result, the research apply an adaptability model, with the application of the model, will support a material example.In accordance with this situation, a security architecture of the office automation system, is presented. It appears by analyst and design of the system and discusses about the technologies of the security. This architecture is separated into network layer, system layer and application layer. In every layer, many mature security technology have been used.In the detail, First, There is a main body of the system in security consisted of three servers: one used for long-distance access; one used to connect Internet to make the users inside to use and the last one is used to connect 9 areas and 5 organization directly under. The one which connect to Internet installed Linux operation system to make VPN and the one which used for long-distance access and connect to Internet compose to a composite firewall.Second, As supplement, a special access diction server has been set and one secure detector has been put in every important place.At last, by the usage of the security of operation system and database manager system, such as accounting of Linux Shell and Oracle and mature product such as: Symantec Norton for Gateway , Norton virus scan making the system layer and application layer more security.The combination of static and dynamic technology effectively making the security architecture compact in detail and reach the point of system in whole.This method is applied in the design of OAS of The Telecommunication Bureau of GuiZhou Province. The results are fairly good. Based on these information systems development practices, more suggests about systems security are proposed, all these support an efficiency security model for the enterprises.
