But along with the continuous development of communication techniques, computer techniques ? management idea ,today, what is the office automatization mean?At present, OAS should contribut to the leader's decision-making supporting system, to the middle-level manager's managing information system, to the general person's dealing with the operation system. The whole OAS not only include the basic establishment of communication, but also contain management information system ? data storage system and so on. To the domain of OA application, at present. OAS compartmentalize gov. document OA, enterprise OA and Co.OA. From the function module included in product, all OAS include document management ? conference management ? public information system and so on, because of the requirement and work custom of using unit, most of OAS need the user to customize.This article mainly researched on the design ideal and method of colligation office system in telecom department Aid-decision S. On the end of this paper. there is a prototype system of an OAS, which includes construction of system frame and design ideal and realization of public module of personal official business ? operation official business sub-module based on operational need of each department? audio and video sub-modules and leader decision sub-module.The researching of OAS in this paper has been applied successfully and gained well application effect, and greatly increased management level andofficial efficiency inside the enterprise. It has broadly engineering application foreground.
