The SanMenKou oil stock is the largest one of the Northern China Petroleum & Chemical Company. Many things with oil transportation such as the valve's turn on and turn off had been operated manually for a long time. The operator's mistake might brought great economy loss. This thesis designed and implemented an automatization system of oil transportation to resolve these problems, to improve the automatization level with the oil transportation, and to reduce the operator's intension.The system is composed of three subsystems, they are the signal monitor subsystem, the PLC (the Programmable Logical Controller) one and the host computer control ore. The signal monitor subsystem is responsible for the pressure, temperature and gas consistency monitor and alarm of the pumps. The PLC subsystem is responsible for the control of the pumps and valves in the oil transportation. The host computer subsystem is the main control plate. All of the pumps and valves in this oil stock can be controlled under the command the host computer sends to the PLC system, and the statue signal of the pumps and valves can be read from the PLC subsystem to the host computer too.Actual uses show that this automatization system can increase the efficient and veracity in the oil transport, and decrease the working intension.
