Design And Implementation Of Communication Network Maintenance Agent Management System

According to the outline of combining of theory and practice, the thesis gives a detailed introduction of design and implementation of Communication Network Maintenance Agent Management System (abbr. below: CNMAMS). The system constructs a bridge of information communication between network operator and agent,which reduces cost of maintenance, improves quality of maintenance and does a lot of good to maintenance of communication network .CNMAMS is a set of information management system based on Web and developed by JSP technology,on the platform of Windows, at the core of database. As a beneficial search and a daring trial, the system is combined with a lot of advantages and practical functions at the support of technique power within the corporation, on the latest management idea. The system developer strictly obeyed the flow of software development (Requirement Research, System Design, Coding, Testing, Deployment). Human-based design provides users with friendly GUI and improves efficiency of maintenance of communication network greatly, which is widely welcomed by employees and agents.The full run of CNMAMS indicates successful realization of three objectives raised during the phase of system plan (informatization of operation flow, impersonality of quality evaluation, accurateness of maintenance data) and offers powerful management platform and technique support to maintenance department, which can be regarded as a great and delightful step on the road of operation informatizaion management.
