In power syste m, t he substa tion daily work mainly by the operating pers onnel,maintenance personnel, the investigators a nd the electric energy met ering personnel and other links to compl ete the daily wor k of subst ati on, bet we en these personnel work with ea ch other, and clos ely, mutual cooperation, in order to ensure the stable and effici ent operation of electric power. In these people, the maintenance is the priority among priorities, for substation opera tion, maintenance quality wil l directly influence the power quality, is one of the core contents of substation wor k. The main wor k is to check all the equipment mainte nance( transformer, circuit breaker, switch, earthing, bus,indoor switch cabine t, distribution box, terminal box etc.) the exis tence of defects, in order to ensure t he safe and s table operation of the equipment, the equipment t o ma intain the normal sta te must co nduc t regu la r ma inten ance of eq uip men t, ma inte nance,maintenance a nd other important work.In this paper, base d on the a bove reasons, pr oposed the building of 10 V and below s ubstation maintenance management sys tem, in the system cons truction, comprehensive understa nding of t he status quo, customer business obj ectives and combining with the research sta tus at home and abroa d e nd up with the construct ion project, t o deepen the understa nding from the angle of software, and carries on the comprehensive demonstration through c onstruction s cheme of the system(analysis of overall demand ana lysis, techni cal analysis, functional module) and design(architectur e design,function modul e design, database de sign, 10 kV and be low) to determine the substation maintenance mana gement from the system e nvironment, optical fi ber network, the s oftware function is compos ed of three parts. The system environment is mainly composed of high confi guration data server, WEB ser ver, deploy(J DK, Tomcat)s oftware; optical fiber networ k using electri c power network powe r system has bee n built as a network of support; the software system mai nly consi sts of 9 modules.This paper based on the actual s itua tion of Ziyang company, the 10 kV and t he s ubstation maintenance manageme nt system based on, through the i mple ment ati on of this system can solve t he substation equipment cent ralized and uni fied management, the defects can record timel y diagnosis, complete e liminat ion electric work ticket management, ma terial mana gement proc ess operation, team buildi ng, daily maintenanceplan mana gement, test records manage ment, query statistics, but also makes the s tat istical analysis on the data of comprehensive system, to provide decision support for the first team a nd management personnel, improve the effic iency of the enterpr is e and reduce the operating cos ts of the enterprise.
