With the continuous development of Qionglai power grid, the number of substation is increasing, the pressure of substation maintenance work is enormous. But currently in Qionglai power grid, the tranditional method of the maintenance management which is mainly by manual is still in use.The work is tedious. The professional information cannot be shared. The maintenance is seriously related to human factors, And the process of maintenance is not smooth. There is a big gap between the "first-class power supply enterprise". These conditions have been unable to meet the development needs of smart grid. With the condition-based maintenance to promote, in order to better meet the condition-based maintenance carried out, we should establish a maintenance management system with the help of modern and integrated network environment.It can provide a unified platform of the device information,and share the data information resources.It also can provide a intelligent platform which cover various aspects of the maintenance, and realize the fast, efficient and transparent business management and business transfer. Based on the in-depth analysis of domestic and foreign substation maintenance management mode and its application status, present a solution of using substation maintenance management system based on B/S in the maintenance management of Qionglai power supply company.It can effectively improve the status of the maintenance management and improve the efficiency.This article mainly studies the substation maintenance management system based on B/S mode.According to the actual situation of Qionglai company, the substation maintenance management system based on B/S mode of the Qionglai power grid is designed and produced. And the system has been tested and applied. The main content:1. The design principles of substation maintenance management system based on B/S mode have been studied in detail.And analyzes the domestic and foreign present and significance of this issue.2. Study the system architecture based on B/S model in detail.3.Determine the route design, and through the research determine the functional module maintenance management system should include: equipment foundation account information, defect management, material management, equipment maintenance management, work order management, standardized operation management, equipment maintenance information management, equipments of real-time data management;4.Select system software development platform suitable, write a complete overhaul management software system, realize the substation maintenance business process management through the client browser.5. When the development of this system is completed, test application, analyze the test results, sum up its advantages and disadvantages, put forward solutions to existing problems.The system has more stability and maneuverability.It has made a very good application in practical work in Qionglai company maintenance. In the future, the management system based on B/S mode maybe highlight its advantages even more.
