Abstract/Summary:
Aiming at the increasing heavy military maintenance duty and the comparatively behindhand decision-making measure of structure, for the sake of finding the combination between the structure of maintenance and the radars, this paper analyses the problems of the radar-maintenance structure and the decision-making of structure specially, and presents Decision Support System of radar-maintenance's structure (RMS-DSS) base on the technology of data warehouse to make decision-making scientific, quickly and effectively. At first, this paper analyzes the problems of the structure decision of radars' maintenance and the status of the developing of Decision Support System. And then, with regarding to the realization of RMS-DSS, translating the non-linear problems to linearity, it studies system of the radar-maintenance and the man-hour of maintenance as pivot, and presents the models of recursive linearity about multi-analysis and of decision-making about radar-maintenance's structure, which depends upon decomposing assignment and deciding structure according to man-hour. At last, the frame of a RMS-DSS, which is based on data warehouse, is constructed and the realization of RMS-DSS is studied. This way is based on the combining technology of data warehouse and Decision Support System, and the RMS-DSS adopts the structure of three layers C/S (Client/Server).It provides a new means to make decision-making on units' structure, when Decision Support System is used. A new way of calculating the scalar of maintenance men, and a new conception about normative man-hour are founded. And some references about every radar's demand of maintenance men and normal maintain of man-hour are presented. There are significant effects on realizing scientific decision-making, which comes from the studying on RMS -DSS.
