Transformer substation is the hub of the power system,therefore,inspecting electrical equipment for substation,finding and reporting defect in the power system is one of the most important work in the substation management.Strengthening the inspecting work in daily work can reduce the failure rate of the transformer equipment and improve the possibility to find the defects,which is significant to keep the power station stable and security.However,the work of the transformer substation management include inspecting,maintenance,reporting and fixing the found detects is not accurate especially using hand writing.The work in the transformer substation now is written by hand instead of an effective integrated system.This leads to the inaccuracy of reported defects,additionally,it is difficult to supervise the approaches of reporting defects now.Therefore,the purpose of this thesis is to develop a management system to improve the management of the transformer substations.With the development of the economics,the transformer substation leads to the increase of the management and difficulties during the management.Thus,the management approach now cannot satisfy the requirement now,as the modification and the update of the equipment are the burden of the staffs.Furthermore,during the operation of the forms,the fault maybe caused by writing or other man-made mistakes.The development of the computer and internet now allow people to work using computer instead of the human work,thus improving the reliability of the power company.The following work has been done in this thesis:We analyzed the background of the transformer substation management system.The work done before has been studied and the necessary and significance were studied.The techniques used to develop this system were investigated,including Android and the related techniques,as well as VPN,J2EE and MVC.The software engineering approach was applied to analyze the requirement of the system,the function and performance requirements were confirmed by the customer,the system was divided to the following models:user management,defects management,inspecting management,two tickets management and basic data management.We designed and developed the system from the architecture of the system,flow of each models,and the database,and tested the system in detail.The work had been finished was summarized,the effectiveness was presented and the lack of the system was indicated to improve in the future work.The usage of the system improves efficiency of the maintenance and management departments,that also improves to manage all the detects and arrange to repair the problem.Thus to keep running of the system,this will keep the electrical system stable and bring economic benefits.
