Substation Operations Concentrated Control Platform's Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of the power grid,substation equipment in a substantial increase in the number of transport,the traditional operation mode has been unable to meet the full control of the equipment condition,accurate assessment of power grid risk needs to accelerate the promotion of modern information communication technology and the traditional transport inspection technology integration.Big data,cloud computing,networking,mobile Internet and other modern information and communication technology for the development of new technology and innovation management model of transportation technology has brought a rare opportunity.According to the Ningxia power grid 330 kV and above substation centralized operation production requirements and specifications,the construction of a centralized control substation operation and maintenance platform,realize the operation and maintenance required for production data collection,display,alarm,storage,analysis,reporting,query,mining and management functions,to meet the actual needs of Substation operation and maintenance production.Based on this variable power operation and maintenance related technical control of the platform involved,combined with Ningxia actual situation of three sets of five maintenance company work mode,from the system requirements analysis,design,and other aspects of on-line expression control system how to better provide support services for enterprises.This paper begins with theory,introduce the technology and the direction of development,from the demand analysis,the system architecture,detailed design specification,the results in the implementation of the system,so that the centralized control system for substation operation and maintenance,the results of the analysis can provide strong support for the operation and maintenance management work,make the corresponding contribution for enterprise security operation and maintenance.
