In the 21 st century, with population growth, resource scarcity, environmental pollution and other problems have become more and more severer, traditional agriculture is facing serious challenges. Vegetable factory as a new and efficient agricultural production, represents the future direction of development of agriculture. In recent years,ZigBee wireless sensor network for its low power consumption, low cost, high reliability,etc., is widely used in environmental monitoring and security monitoring system. The paper, for LED vegetable factory, applys ZigBee wireless sensor network technology,researchs a reliable, simple and practical vegetable factory monitoring system.Monitoring system of vegetable factory based on ZigBee network consists of ZigBee wireless sensor network module and ARM monitoring terminal module. ZigBee wireless sensor network module adopts CC2530 development board, it is responsible for building the plant vegetables wireless sensor network, receiving and sending wireless data. ARM monitor terminal module adopts OMAP3530 development board, it is responsible for receiving, storing various types of sensor data and sending control commands, used for integrity monitoring of vegetable factory. After experimental verification, the system is stable, reliable and can meet the monitoring requirements of vegetable factory.The main work contents of this paper include:(1)According to the function demand of vegetable factory, the overall program framework of vegetable factory monitoring system is presented. The system adopts upper and lower computer model, uses ZigBee wireless sensor network module as the lower computer, uses ARM monitor terminal module as the upper computer. The upper and lower computer communicates with the fixed communication protocol.(2)On the basis of an introduce of ZigBee device type and ZigBee protocol stack,the programming of ZigBee wireless sensor network module is completed, including the programming of Coordinator node, Router node and Enddevice node. The function realization of STC12LE5204 AD acquisition and control module is also completed.(3)Transplant the embedded Linux system of the ARM monitor terminal module,include the transplantation BootLoader, Linux kernel and file system, then transplant and test SQLite databases, based on these, the QT application design of monitor terminal module is completed.(4)Through taking test and on the stability and reliability of monitoring system of vegetable factory, the results show that the system can meet the functional requirements.
