The method to guide and encourage citizens to read is always by raising people′s comprehension quality. Regardless if a country is developed or not: To improve national literacy rate, develop good reading habits and create a national reading atmosphere are Governments problem. In Mexico, this is also an important issue urgent to research and solve.In modern times, we have been entered an information based era. All this information express how our culture has been deeply influence reading habits, particularly on people’s lifestyles, family environment, education level and other aspects closed related with reading habit. In addition to already completed in-depth research, it is possible to create a more effective solution to encourage people to read. The methods of those solutions involve interaction between sociology and psychology.By studying the subject between advertising effects and consumption "incentive- buy" model, it derived in "people centered space" model, designed to promote reading and using research methods to explore industrial design role within certain spaces, people and space, people and people and people and reading relationship. Hoping the results can be applied for benefit in my country.
