Design And Implementation Of Radio Monitoring Message Handling System Based On SMCP

With the rapid development of the economy and radio technology, and the rapid growth of the application of mobile Internet, which puts much higher requirements for the use and management of the radio spectrum resources, and the importance and necessity of the radio monitoring is becoming more and more apparent. It is require that the more advanced means of monitoring to improve the scientific use of radio spectrum and maintain the electromagnetic environment, which providing the technology for radio spectrum managementThis paper designs a short message control system based on SMCP to improve the defects in some special cases(such as emergency task execution, stormy weather to emergency control equipment but room unattended) by introducing and improving the SMCP protocol. The user can performs basic tasks and controls equipment at any place, where the message can be sent through Mobile Phone, as long as the APP installed in the mobile phone.In this paper, the main work is as follows:1.The design and improvement of SMCP protocol. SMCP is proposed and designed by the radio monitor of Zigong station in Sichuan Province and us. It was put forward in 2013. I was one of the main designers of the agreement. According to the actual use and the user feedbacks, the version of 2013 SMCP protocol is implemented.2.The design and implementation of SMCP server. The SMCP server uses the mechanism of double thread, the whole process is composed by the main thread and thread. It is consisted of SMS monitoring send, business processing and data processing. The SMCP server to interact with the monitoring host computer through data processing, using SMS receiving and sending communication with APP.3. The design and implementation of mobile manipulation APP. Mobile control APP is to encapsulate the task requests and results, which uses a friendly and convenient user interface that issued the instruction and task results. It mainly includes the three parts, that is, the SMS, the filter of results information and the analysis of the SMS package.4.Through the functional testing and performance testing of the system, and the user’s experience feedback, the results prove that the control system meets the requirements of all SMS technology which puts forward in this paper, and the actual use of the standard.
