Basing on the Radio Monitor Transfer Protocal (RMTP) proposed by National RadioSpectrum Manager Committee, this paper mainly discussed the research the software of radiomonitor center application. Software programming on network、design pattern、databaseapplication., which is based on the research of radio monitor application、RMTP、radio monitorcenter application and composing。According to the research of radio monitor software, thispaper proposed a project,which is based on RMTP and suits for two kind of radio monitormanager center to use. Firstly, this protocol had been detailed designed, it can achieve differRMTP edition compatibly;and shows it’s flexibility using in data of radio monitor application;moreover, same to MYSQL and ORACLE database。Secondly, I undertake a comprehensivediagnosis of the technology。Because changing of RMTP and system composing,the design ofthe existing radio monitor software is always coupling close,and it can not been set aside fromspecifical protocal、composing and database.Focusing on this limitation, the paper apply “factorymethod” and observer pattern of GOF design pattern in several applications.One can carry outthe lax coupling relationship with certain object in building phase。The other can achieve laxcoupling relationship between notifier and observer in running。The two modes can get rid of the dependence with certain protocol and database, andcontrol the dependence with display。 Lastly, I listed results of test about function andperformance of this protocol and analysised the result in the running condition which designed inthis paper. The result of this experiment shows that: the software can be used in radio monitorapplication and keeping it’s stabel function. It can run on RMTP1.00and RMTP1.01,MYSQLand ORACLE database compatibly...
