Aviation flight safety relies on radio communication and radio navigation.With the continuing development of civil aviation and increase of various radio stations,air radio is becoming more complex,and a lot of kinds of spurious,intermodulation and other interference phenomena are increasing.In order to protect the flight safety,the security and monitoring of radio spectrum in civil aviation have become a particularly important issue.Based on the theory of radio direction finding and radio location,this paper introduces the main contents of civil radio frequency spectrum management,aeronautical radio categories and radio monitoring,and analyzes the types and positioning methods of civil radio interference.The electromagnetic environment test of the airport location is put forward,and the test situation of the electromagnetic spectrum above the airport is analyzed.The mathematical model of intermodulation interference is established,and the screening software of fast intermodulation interference signal is designed to solve the problem of time-consuming in manual computation of intermodulation interference frequencies.At the same time,this paper designs the Jiujiang radio intelligent sensing network,and exerts the characteristics of network monitoring.By using a TDOA based radio location technology,this paper provides a solution for the rapid positioning and early warning of civil frequency interferences.Through radio intelligent sensing network construction project,construction of a set of intelligent monitoring system in Jiujiang City,realize the comprehensive coverage of urban radio signal monitoring and the accurate positioning of small and medium-power signal sources in the area,to achieve meticulous management of radio signals in the target area.Finally,this dissertation gives application examples: the performance of the solution proposed in this paper has been verified in a successful elimination of an interference which threatened the safety of civil aviation frequency.
