In recent years, along with the radio communication technology into various fields of social life, such as national defense, transportation, manufacturing, etc., It has brought the rapid development of wireless communications business, and the traditional large monitoring stations because of the coverage limit have the monitoring coverage blind spot, unable to detect the low power radiation which is far away, can’t provide spectrum utilization situation of a certain area, have been unable to adapt to an increasingly complex cordless monitoring environment and meet the requirement of intensification of monitoring. In this context, to design and implement a grid radio monitoring system has been on the agenda, the system on the function needs to have the following abilities: can monitor the signal or band of the system coverage area, can statistics the spectrum occupancy rate; calculate the field strength and the radiation, a signal which in the coverage area can be real-time located, the monitoring task can run automatically in the system background, and collect the data of the monitoring process, automatically generate reports after complete monitoring in order to simplify the daily monitoring of monitoring personnel.In this thesis, combining the present situation of the radio monitoring industry, and on radio monitoring in Shanghai Radio Management Committee investigates and combing the actual situation and needs, with new design idea of grid monitoring, distributed system architecture, object-oriented analysis and design method was designed and implemented the Shanghai Radio Management Committee grids radio monitoring system, in this thesis, the main research work is as follows:1) on the main business departments on the Shanghai Radio Management Committee demand research, work on its main business has carried on the business scenario analysis and case analysis, according to the prototype method in software engineering in the process of communication with the related business department needs, and through multiple iterations final confirmation, during using Microsoft Visio, IBM RSA modeling tools such as auxiliary.2) During the design phase, using the object oriented analysis and design method of system modeling, adopts distributed architecture on system architecture, and from business architecture, technical architecture and deployment architecture multiple dimensions to carry on the design description, the infrastructure and the core modules in the system including the communication bus, resource management, service framework for validation and fully tested repeatedly, the underlying implementation of the communication bus using ActiveMQ to guarantee the performance of communication and data reliability, on the design of the resource management and service framework using the resource pool design thought on the system of service in a timely manner to create and release, to ensure that the system resource utilization.3) During the implementation phase, the system development using Visual Studio, with SVN code management, and the main business module to write automation test cases.4) Completed on the system’s main business functions integration test and performance test, verify that the system on the function and performance is to reach the expected aim.
