The Implementation Of OA Management System In A Petrochemical Company Based On B/S

In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, the pace of enterprise informatization has been speeded up. With the aid of these new technologies, different departments of a company can work together paperlessly and trans-regionally. It can not only save time but also improve the efficiency, which greatly improves the level and quality of the enterprise information management.According to the actual demand of a company, A set of OA business management system is developed based on the demand of paperless, informatization and simplicity. Firstly, the theory of enterprise office automation was intensively studied. All the business requirements of this petrochemical corporation were studied in detail. Then the possibility of system implementation is given combining the new technologies of computer.On the basis of this, the actual demand for the petrochemical company has been analyzed, and the overall design of enterprise automation system was made, and the overall framework of the system was put forward. According to the requirements of the various business functions, the system is divided into the following several major functional modules: marketing business, loading billing, procurement,basic data,financial management,the safe hidden trouble, warehouse management, logistics distribution, logistics branch company, cost management, system management. And the framework of the whole system was designed and realized, the principles of rights allocation was analyzed. At the same time, to meet the needs of their work, demand and function analysis and design was made to the sub-modules of cost management modules. Details like every sub-modules and the data table involved were designed. And finally realized the key part.This system is based on Jiujiang Sanxin petrochemical business management system, combined with the current popular B/S architecture design, using the ASP.NET and ADO.NET technology. Its design pattern is based on WebForms. And SQL Server 2005 database and Visual Studio 2010 development tool are used. When being released to the IIS Server, the system runs well.
