The Design And Implementation Of ERP Expense Management Systerm Based On BI

Enterprises produce lots of reimbursement lists everyday, which needed to be fully entered by special-engaged person as vouchers. In most enterprises, this work is undertaken by financial personnel With the expansion of business operation scale, the bill documents have being massively produced gradually. How to effectively set financial personnel free from hard works and make full use all the information in the lists becoming an issue need to be urgently studied.This thesis has conducted research to the function structure and the realization method of the expense accounting management,designed and implemented four function modules:refunding and classifying costs,auto transfering the expense lists to vouchers, managing budget of department and analyzing the business data.Through the specific record and reasonable classification of cost accounting personnel to the reimbursement lists produced everyday, and then realizing the automatically transfer. By this, the business data are detailed and business process is optimized. And the budget function exerts its powerful control affect; it controlled cost and reduced the loss, thus improving the economic efficiency of enterprise. In addition, further study made on the BI based on the realization of basic business function. By using of OLAP technique and data mining, data visitor can access the information quickly, consistently and alternatively, meet the needs of reportforms.Firstly, this thesis introduces theoretical basis of Business Intelligence, then describes demand analysis and functional design in detail, and describes the specific realizing process of this system from development environment and database design perspective, moreover putting emphasis upon the realizing process of key technique, such as database warehouse, ETL, OLAP, data mining. Finally summaries works of this stage, and make the plans for next step.
