Study On The Information Resources Development And Utilization Of Digital Archivists Under The Information Ecology

With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, the advancement of electronic government affair produced a large number of electronic documents, a sharp increase happened in the digital archive information resources, the traditional entity-management-based archives is difficult to adapt to the demand of the information age. To meet the demand of the information age of archives information resources utilization, the construction of digital archives is promoting gradually in our country. With the deepening of the construction of digital archives, there exist a lot problems in the process of information resources development of digital archive under the influence of the service concept, personal information literacy and a series of factors, those problems obstruct the development and utilization of digital archive information resources.Based on information ecology and digital archives information ecology, the article probed the reasons of leading information ecological theory into the development and utilization of digital archive information resources and the characteristics of the development and utilization of digital archive information resources backed on information ecological environment, the achievements and problems of the development and utilization of digital archive information resources in our country were analyzed, the problems are follows: less availability archives to remote, poor use of archives, low service capacity, low utilization rate. Then the article analyzes the facts of influence the development and utilization of digital archive information resources from three aspects: information resource, information people, information environment. Information mainly includes: single structure of information, lack quantity in information, low level of information sharing;Information people mainly includes: behind sense of service, imperfect knowledge structure, low information literacy, weak awareness of archives. Information environment: imperfect laws and regulations, serious network security problem, small service platform, information ethics anomie, imbalance of benefits and costs. In the last, according to the influence factors of digital archive information resources, the article put forward suggestions to promote the development and utilization of digital archive information resources from information people, information, information environment: optimizing collection structure, enrich resources of collection,strengthen the training of archivists, attract talent, improve relevant laws andregulations, establish a feedback mechanism etc.
