Study On The Development And Utilization Of Hui Archives Information Resources In Ningxia

As a part of the national archives resources, minority archives resources play an important role in our archives cause development process. Limited by the socio-economic development conditions, ethnic minorities are widely distributed in China, archives work of ethnic minority shares unbalanced development and the research team of minority archives also shows obvious regional characteristics. At present, the research of our minority archives concentrates on the Southwest and Yunnan University who enjoys unique national resources becomes the research base of minority archives. However, for Northwest China, the study of ethnic archives is also less, especially, the study of the Hui archives information resources is almost blank.The Hui archives truly record the thousands of years of various historical and cultural resources. Because of the Hui unique historical background and the "big scattered small settlements" geographical features, Hui archives information resources has a lot of problems in collecting, collating and other aspects of the development and utilization. Ningxia, as the only one Hui Autonomous Region in China, has a strong Hui culture and customs of Hui nationality that formed the Hui people’s social life of the rich archives resources. So, in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as an example, exploring the development and utilization of information resources in Ningxia Hui archives, it is an important significance for Ningxia to promote cultural development and local level of archives work.This paper consists of four parts:The first part discusses the relationship between the culture of Hui nationality and Hui archives, and describes the Ningxia Hui cultural characteristics, causes of Hui files and so on. The second part includes the situation in Ningxia Hui archives resources, and introduces the concept, types, characteristics, value and significance of utility of Hui archives Information resources. The third part analyzes results of the development and utilization of the Hui archives information resources existing problems, and puts forward some solutions. The last one discusses the development and utilization patterns, especially the development of the tourism industry to protect Hui culture and Hui archives information resources, and puts forward relevant measures and precautions.There are rich archives cultural heritage resources in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. I hope that the study on the development and utilization of Ningxia Hui archives information resources can reveal the values and content of Hui culture and archives, so that causes local governments to pay attention to Hui archives information resources and protection, so as to promote the development of Hui local cultural industries and improvement of the level of archives work in Ningxia.
