Large object, such as high-rise building, railway, bridge, oil well and grid stent often generates a certain range of vibration or tilt in working condition, its vibration magnitude is an important indication to measure whether the object is in its normal state or not. When a large object is in an abnormal working state, its vibration amplitude and vibration frequency will change. It may threaten people’s life and cause property damage in severe cases. If the vibration of these objects can be monitored in real-time, faults and hidden troubles can be removed in time, and some unnecessary losses can be avoided. Wireless sensor network integrates communication, sensor and information processing technology together, it can monitor and collect information of the network. The the processed information can be transmitted to every user quickly. Therefore the wireless sensor network is very suitable for the remove monitoring in broad applications, such as remote environment, equipment and other facilities.This thesis designs a measure system for a tiny angle based on an acceleration sensor. Firstly, it analyzes the research status domestic and abroad in measuring tiny angle. Then it introduces the performance of MEMS acceleration sensor ADXL345and its working principle, several kinds of short-distance wireless communication technology are described briefly and compared as well. Finally the ZigBee technology is choosen as the wireless transmission mode for this system.Secondly, we design the hardware and software platform for the system. Based on the overall scheme proposed, the signal acquisition circuits and wireless communication module of the acceleration sensor are designed, where the communication module is used for each peripheral hardware circuit of the Zigbee protocol chip CC2530. The design of the software platform includes the introduction to Zigbee software development environment (Z-Stack protocol stack), the building network system and designing the software framework for remote monitoring on the basis of the protocol stack. Thirdly, the hardware and software platform are built up, and the tests of the wireless communication network is carried out according to the actual demands. We realize the real-time monitoring system and use it to test several vibrating objects in different vibration environment, and analyze the vibrating images, which shows the feasibility of the data acquisition system, wireless transmission system and the monitoring system.To sum up, the telemetry for measuring tiny angle developed in this reseach shows certain practicability, and it provides an effective way for real-time monitoring the vibration of high buildings, bridges, railways and other large vibrating objects.
