With the continuous development of information technology,we have come to the World of Internet of Things.Information interconnection of all things has become an inevitable trend to promote social development.More and more large-scale devices have officially joined the development wave of mobile Internet,and once again successfully promoted the revolution of information technology industry.In the well-off society with the continuous improvement of material life,we have more requirements for the comfort and safety of the surrounding environment.This is not only reflected in people’s requirements for their own surrounding environment,but also reflected in the requirements for the quality of needed goods.For example,how to better preserve food,vegetables and other environmental requirements of the goods has become an urgent problem.Further analysis shows that the preservation of food is not only in the transportation process,but also in the storage after harvest.In the large-scale warehousing industry,a good environmental monitoring system can not only monitor the environment of the storage warehouse in real time,extend the shelf life of the goods,but also reduce energy consumption and save the operation cost of the warehouse.Therefore,it is necessary to design a remote storage system which can monitor the environment in real time.Through literature review,it is found that the traditional storage system mainly relies on manpower to check regularly,which is time-consuming and laborious,and because it is manually adjusted according to the results,there will inevitably be errors.In this era of interconnection of all things,through the query and comprehensive comparison of wireless control technology at home and abroad,it is found that ZigBee has a series of characteristics,such as low energy consumption,convenient networking function,strong stability and so on.So a new wireless storage environment detection system based on ZigBee is designed.Compared with the traditional warehouse system,the system uses wireless transmission without wiring,and it is convenient to work in the free frequency band of 2.4GHz.This paper is to build an intelligent monitoring system based on CC2530 chip of TI company.This module is specially designed for ZigBee communication by TI company.It has advanced RF transmitter and an enhanced 8051 core.The design framework of this system is to collect the temperature,humidity,brightness,harmful gases,etc.In the environment through sensors,and then send the environmental data to the coordinator by nodes.After processing and analysis,the coordinator sends the data to the PC written in C#.Through the interface,we can see all kinds of monitored environmental data intuitively.The upper computer can also control the corresponding equipment and make corresponding instructions to keep the environment in the best state.Through the use of this system,it can well monitor the temperature and humidity in the storage environment and the harmful gas in the environment.When the temperature and humidity exceed the preset value,it can automatically turn on the fan to adjust.The gas sensor can monitor the harmful gas in the environment and give an alarm in time to ensure the safety of the warehouse.This paper analyzes the structure of the system from three aspects.First,from the functional requirements,combined with a large number of online and journal information,master the actual needs of the system,and based on this,build the basic framework of the system.Secondly,from the hardware point of view,the CC2530 chip produced by Texas instrument is selected through a lot of comparison between comprehensive performance and price factors.Thirdly,from the perspective of software design,this paper first introduces the framework,content and application method of ZigBee protocol,and then describes the specific design and implementation method of each module in detail.Finally,the system is debugged to check whether the function of the system is perfect and whether it can run stably.
