With the advancement of the12th five-year plan,China’s regional logistics informationization has entered a stage of rapid development. However, because the interconnection and interoperability between logistics information systems are still poorer and "information island" still exists, the regional logistics is difficult to form the integrated large-scale effect, thus the influence to areas outside is limited. The application of Grid Technology in many fields has proved its unique advantages in supporting the integration and sharing of huge amounts of IT resources in inter-organization,trans-department, and dynamic autonomy,and effective coordination between the business bodies. And under the grid environment, the interaction and cooperation between the various grain logistics information service must exist. It is the key link of the grid technology application in the regional logistics that how to combine the regional logistics information services to structure a kind of more powerful service with complex function to meet the logistics demand of diversified, multi-level, personalized from logistics users. This article chooses QoS which is the parameter to measure the non-functional characteristics of service to research regional logistics information service composition in grid environment and the related issues.Based on the study of the relevant theories of grid technology and the regional logistics information service, this article constructed the architecture of regional logistics information grid on the basis of OGSA platform and put forward the relevant concepts of regional logistics information service and composition of regional logistics information service in grid environment; Supported by the related theories of regional logistics information grid architecture and the regional logistics information service composition,this article proposed the basic QoS evaluation model of regional logistics information service in grid environment and composite QoS model of regional logistics information service in grid environment. This model evaluated the effect of grid regional logistics information service composition from the eight dimensions of response time, execution cost, reliability, availability, reputation, on time rate, precsion and security; Then built an optimization model with the application of weighted summation method based on QoS of grid regional logistics information service combination from the angle of global optimization by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the current service selection strategy.At the same time this article designed the improved genetic algorithm for the model on the basis of the research of the combinatorial optimization algorithm.In the final,this article designed a calculation example of the grid regional logistics information service composition and used Matlab programming to solve the numerical example of the optimal solution, thus to verify the rationality and applicability of optimization model.
