In recent years, with the gradual popularization of automatic processingtechnique for sewage, the monitoring management system of sewage treatmenthas been applied in wastewater treatment, making the sewage treatment systemspossessing a strong comprehensive and intelligent function.The research content of sewage treatment involves many kinds of theoriesreferring to the sewage treatment technology, instrument technology,communication technology, control technology, computer technology and so on,belonging to a more comprehensive research field. In this paper, on basic of theanalysis of the present situation of mine wastewater treatment system combinedwith the actual needs, we have developed a set of the mine wastewater treatmentmonitoring system basing on the combining of PLC technology andconfiguration king technology.In this paper, regarding the sewage treatment station of Sihe coal minebelonging to the Jin-Coal Group as the scene background, we have found the aseries of problems in it, involving the non-comprehensive of monitoringquantities, ambiguity of monitoring methods and the lack of control system. Tosolve these problems, the sewage treatment process primarily was analyzed tomake the wastewater treatment process and water quality index explicit; Foranother, in view of the analysis for operating principle of sewage treatmentsystem, the overall scheme of monitoring and control system for minewastewater treatment was designed combining with the system requirements andthe functions; Then, on the basis of the overall scheme, we have respectivelyproceed the hardware, software design and program development for mine wastewater treatment monitoring system; Finally, the platform of sewagetreatment monitoring system was been set up to carry out system debugging.After debugging success, the industrial field tests would be carried out, to expectthe sewage treatment monitoring system plays an important role in thesustainable development of water environment. Main work content as follows:The understanding and analysis for sewage treatment technology andprocess is the precondition for the confirmation of monitoring quantity in themonitoring and control system for mine water treatment. Through thesummarization for wastewater in this paper, we analyzed the mine wastewatertreatment process, determining the COD, pH, flow rate and turbidity as themonitoring quantities of system.The reasonable design of overall scheme is the key link in the developmentof monitoring and control system for mine wastewater treatment. In currentpaper, the plan of the monitoring and control system for mine wastewatertreatment was identified, depending on the survey of the existing processingsystem of the sewage treatment station of Sihe coal mine belonging to theJin-Coal Group, further analyzing the working principles of system, and byvirtue of consulting for related literature and data at home and abroad,simultaneously combining the practical conditions of station site.The basic of monitoring and control system is the design of hardware part,which influences whether the function of each part of system can realizesmoothly. On the basis of the actual situation of the sewage treatment, thehardware design of mine wastewater treatment monitoring system was carriedout, including the design of PLC control station, field instrumentation,communication system, etc, following determining the hardware of control roomand the function which could be achieved.According to the requirement of the monitoring system as a whole as wellas the designed hardware circuit, the software design of mine wastewatertreatment monitoring system was come into effect. Software design includes:upper machine software and slave computer software which possesses thefunction of information acquisition, monitoring, control. Using the PLC programming software, at the same time it also gives the control strategy of thepartial equipments. The design of the software of single chip processor system isattributed to KingView as a platform, it can complete the function such as datastorage, analysis, and can be carried out on the remote control of field device.According to the principle of fuzzy PID control, the fuzzy PID controldosing strategy was proposed, control scheme of fuzzy PID was presented andcontroller was designed. On this base, fuzzy PID controller model wasestablished in MATLAB/SIMULINK.Laboratory system debugging is an effective method for testing the systemperformance. The test platform of monitoring and control system for sewagetreatment was set up in the laboratory, implementing the test for slave computersoftware, partly test for upper computer software of control room andfurthermore the communication test between the host computer and the slavecomputer.
