With the fast development of China's economy, the problem of resource and environment is more and more serious. Especially, the phenomenon of China's water shortage and pollution has attracted the close attention, and the research and implement of the sewage treatment projects have been implemented immediately.Using the sewage treatment project in a Henan enterprise as background, the system applies the advanced industrial control computer, PLC, the industrial automation configuration software, the power electronic control technology and so on. To combine the characteristics of the sewage treatment plant, this paper has developed and designed the automatic control system of sewage treatment including the lacale control layer, human-machine conversation layer and long-distance information monitoring layer. In the project the compound sewage treatment method combine the advantages of the ICEAS and SBR. The new technology has a lot of advantages, including continuity of the ICEAS and intermittent of the SBR.The automatic control system of sewage treatment has three parts:The design of electric part:According to the technology requirements of sewage treatment, we have designed the electricity control circuit, power supply and distribution system, PLC control cabinet and so on.The development of PLC program:First we assure the control request in each part, and programme it, secondly preliminary debug the program of each part, at last debug the program of the whole system.The development of upper monitor system:Using KINGVIEW to develop monitor interface of the sewage treatment system, the monitor interface basically realizes real-time monitoring on the technology process, parameter displaying on the equipment's working condition and the real-time prompting of alarm. To control the equipment of the system, record and query historical data, print report forms and so on. The monitor interface is formed by the main interface of the sewage treatment system, the parameter seting and curve generating interface, the electrically operated valve controling interface and so on.To study the algorithm on the automatic control system of sewage treatment at last, the liquid level control uses PID algorithm which is applied widely in the industrial process control, and the dosage control adopts fuzzy control algorithm.The design has realized automatic monitoring of the sewage treatment system, and improved management of sewage treatment. It has great realistic significance for solving environment pollution and energy crisis.
