With economic development, water pollution is getting worse. At present, the automation level of sewage treatment is low, the efficiency is not high and the economic efficiency is relatively poor, the problems affected economic and social development severely in the country. So they requested to find a new intelligent monitoring system.Sewage treatment system in the sequential control, timing control, chain controls are more, traditional instrument control methods are difficult to obtain the ideal control effect. With development of automation technology and computer technology, It appeared an intelligent control system of PLC and industrial control computer to replace the manual control.In this paper, the key technology of sewage treatment (CAST pool oxygen) was studied based on fuzzy control technology. According to characteristics of CAST pools, use fuzzy control methods to control the oxygen content of CAST pools to ensure effective control of sewage treatment.The project’s on-site control system used German SIEMENS company’s S7-300series PLC as the shots stop, remote PLC as the second station, consisting two PROFIBUS-DP control systems. Use STEP7program software for programming and configuration.The system use Advantech IPC for the stability and good anti-jamming performance, use Ethernet to communicate with the two PLCs. To achieve the real-time monitoring, display and recording of field data, we use Kingview software for design and configuration. Man-machine interface including navigation screen, sewage treatment process monitoring screen, historical trend screen, alarm screen, CAST pool circulation control screen.
