The heating company of yuhua in shijiazhang provides the user application to open heating, heating complaint, the user’s applications of heating, stop heating and other services, a business needs some departments to coordinate, the process is slow, information poor, and affected the corporate image. The user can submit an application online through advanced information technology and network technology, and online query of the outcome, to change the traditional paper-based manual processing methods, not only to facilitate the people, but also to improve the company’s efficiency and save office expenses.In order to solve the shortage in terms of application and approval of business of YUHUA heating, we will develope a set of online system, this system uses B / S structure, uses J2 EE and SQL Server database to develop. In order to improve the system’s maintenance,this system uses a large number of factories mode and interface mode to achieve a flat function module. The system mainly consists of six functional modules, namely user registration, consulting management module, application management module, management module approval, supervision and management module and system management module. Consulting management module primarily functions is to the public on how to use the online declaration and approval system to handle a variety of business processes and application forms to download, and to answer questions from the public; Application management is one of the core modules of this article, the user can use this function module online filing and related materials, and may have increased the application for viewing, to understand which part of the application process, or which part did not pass, etc; approval is also one of the core functions of the system management, a number of departments with the approval should be completed, Yuhua heating company accepted a number of the audit, the audit process flow for each is different, these processes with the adjustment of the policy will be changes, so the staff can be adjusted to these processes; main role is to supervise the management plan in accordance with the provisions of the Authority, to supervise the administrative examination and approval, the first is to see if there is an application to handle extended, the second is to see whether there are irregularities approval and so on.Currently, Yuhua heating companies online office system in the experimental stage, the system is running well, to achieve the desired purpose. System successfully used the company’s application for approval of actual work, largely reducing the labor intensity of staff to improve the quality of work and efficiency, but also facilitate the work of the masses.
