In recent years, with the automation technology, computer technology continues to evolve and improve the sewage treatment station automation level of the corresponding increase, while the PLC controller with its mature technology, versatility, reliability, installation flexibility and easy expansion, higher cost performance a number of advantages, in the industrial control has been more widely used.This article describes the sewage treatment plant control system components, functions and how to use the PLC to achieve automatic control, and introduced in the system encountered some problems and solutions, in Sewage Treatment by PLC control system, the improved automatic the reliability of control, not only reduces the labor intensity and improve the operating efficiency of sewage treatment plant and run benefits, and the sewage treatment plant production and management of science.Backwash Frequency Control System integrates the converter, PLC and electric elements into one control board, which results in the unavoidable electromagnetic interference. In view of the electromagnetic interference by converter, the anti-interference measures for PLC are studied and processed in the paper. PID algorithm is the most foundational, practical and widespread one in the variable frequency control system, Whether the control performance of PID is good or not is relative to the tuning of the controller parameters. The fuzzy PID control algorithm is used to control backwash intensive. In the paper, the principle of PID control and fuzzy control and the structure of fuzzy PID controller are analyzed. Combining the PID module of Siemens series PLC, the design process of fuzzy PID controller is addressed. The fuzzy PID controller used to control the backwash volume is designed with software for PLC.The design for the device design, system configuration, the design of the content of this close connection with reality, a lot of relevant information by looking to design meet the current requirements of oily wastewater station.
