The choice of the environment and the technology isdifferent.With the combination of the employment information management system ofBusiness Collage of Shanxi Univerty(BCSU), the thesis researches and analyses thedemand of the users to establish the user’s objectives and functions demanded, based onwhich the employment information system for graduates of BCSU is designed with theidea of the software engineering.The system according to the dates of Business College of ShanxiUniversity.depending on the the software engineering thoughts, designs the website thatown huge management functions and decision-making ability. We are using the websitewhich gives the new chance and situation for the graduates job market and bring the huge social benefits.With the application of B/S mode Java Web application model, the Oracledatabase, the Hibernate framework technology development, the writer designed theemployment information system for the graduates from the BCSU. This system consistsof two parts: the foreground and background. The foreground includes membershipmanagement module, recruitment module, employment information, and thebackground includes employer management, student information management, graduateemployment statistics, user management module. with the support of the school networkand internet, the system meets the demand of both graduates employment informationmanagement and data sharing.With its high operation speed, good interface, humane interaction and highthroughput capacity, the work efficiency for the university employment informationmanagement is highly improved. However, some modules are not reasonably designed,for instance, the search engine doesn’t function well during the operation, which need tobe improved.
