Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous economic development,employment service demanding is increasing.The work troops are becoming huger and huger every year.The traditional recruitment,for job seekers,time-consuming;the recruitment unit,the job fairs will take a lot of money.Today’s Internet has become a part of life in society,so more and more individuals choose to seek work through clicking mouse and more and more enterprises have begun the network recruitment.However,for businesses,many of the resumes have been sent to them so that they pick dazzled.Companies need intermediaries to help them initial screening personnel.At the same time,China’s intermediary agencies also achieve increasing development,but many still work in the traditional philosophy of management.In order to enhance the agency’s own development,but also to meet the needs of enterprises to recommend more talented people,we need to design a complete online recruitment system.Online Recruitment System is the product of combining advanced computer science and technology and modern concept of recruitment.It is used to meet the requirements of a two-way job seekers and recruiters.It collects a large number of recruitment information unit,which makes online recruitment job search from the blind to the orderly delivery,from chaos into a norm and high success rate.Considering the background of employment service system’s development,we decided to design and implement a employment service system supported by the recommendation of intermediary.With the application and popularization of the Internet,the browser walked into people’s lives gradually.Many people’s lives are inseparable from the network.In order to facilitate the promotion of our system,we decided to use the form of B/S architecture for development.We have three types of users.They are divided into individual users,business and intermediaries.For each type of user,we have conducted a detailed analysis of user needs,to fully understand the needs of each type of user.The main modules of the system are personal information management,resume management,job management,recruitment management,agency management and recruitment meeting management.Each user in the system has different functions.The system administrator will audit the business’s information and the recruitment information issued by the business to ensure the authenticity and integrity of the recruitment information.The system is currently used in the human resources departments of various regions to view employment information and facilitate statistics of employment agencies.At present the system in all regions are running well and get the user’s praise.This article first briefly describe the background of the system and development objectives.Then we introduce the design purpose and give the overall design process of the system in accordance with the needs of users.We divide the demand into modules based on a functional block diagram.In order to describe the various functional modules clearly,we give the detailed description of the functions.Then this paper describes the overall architecture and give the overall structure diagram of the system to achieve a multi-level system requirements.Finally,the entire system is running by way of a hierarchical deployment to support concurrent access requirements of the system.This article will give a detailed block diagram of the deployment of the system as well.Overall,the paper carry out a detailed analysis and design of online recruitment system.It also implement the relevant functional modules and give the test.I believe this system will provide you with a lot of convenience and help.
