Today’s global economy has resulted in intense competition for talent, coupledwith the increase in employment, and the site recruitment practices can no longer meetthe needs of the growing work force. The rise and development of the onlinerecruitment industry provides a new platform for corporate recruiting job seekers.The emergence of online recruitment has changed traditional ways, highlightingthe advantages of network information technology, and bringing convenience forbusinesses and job seekers. Online recruitment is moving in the direction of thedevelopment of Professionalization and personalization now. In order to follow thetrend, the Aviva-Cofco life insurance has created its own online recruitment system.Compared with the traditional on-site and online recruitment, the advantages of thesystem are very obvious. The main content of this paper is as follows:The first part is the introduction part. Mainly through the analysis of the status,background and significance, and with the needs of the market and the society, wepresent the design characteristics of the system.The second part is divided into theoretical and technical basis. The system designtheory, including the theory of human-computer interaction, object-orientedprogramming design theory, and the realization of the technology involved in theprocess of the theory, including database technology, ADO.NET and system designideas.The third part is the system analysis. The systems analysis module mainly analyzesthe needs of itself, and does business process and data flow, and comes to the businessprocess diagrams and data flow diagrams.The fourth part is the system design. System business and data processes draw thebasic functions of the system, the part of several typical functional modules anddatabase design, and finally the system’s interface design brief. Through the analysisand design of the system can provide a reference implementation and testing of thesystem is behind and support.The fifth part is the realization of the system. By the detailed design of the third part and with the use of C#language ASP.NE, the system function is realized. Meanwhile,the paper also introduces implementation processes of several important modules,including databases, information search, and information checking.The sixth part is system test. Test methods are introduced in the system first, thentest database, interface and functions, and test results with the screen shot finally.The seventh part is the summary and outlook. It contains objective evaluation ofthe system, and the outlook of further works and improvements.
