With the development of technology, we can use less money and more validways to make sure the safety of miners. Currently, coal still acts as main source ofenergy, accounting for70%of China’s total energy above. Therefore, the coalindustry’s position in our country is still very important, however, the securitysituation is really bad. China’s coal mine safety monitoring system currently often donot open, can not achieve interoperability, it is difficult to monitor the varioussubsystems into one integrated automation system.Experts say more than97%of the disaster made by human. So, to make sure thesafety of miners, the most important is good management. Miner is a dangerous job.Deep in the ground, under a state of high tension, the miners can easily bear thepsychological pressure. The mental health of the miners and the coal mine productionsafety are inseparable. If not promptly regulate psychological, emotional work with, itis likely to make some improper operation, resulting in a lot of disasters. Therefore,the health of the miners should be more careful attention in order to protect the safetyof coal mining.This article draws on a great number of the more popular current experiences andmethods remote medical monitoring system, some of the medical sensors deployed inthe miners who, in real-time monitoring of physical and mental health of miners. Thecurrent advanced sensor technology makes the miners get more care.This system based on brainwave sensors, blood pressure sensors, temperaturesensors and other physiological information sensor core, real-time collection ofphysiological data miners currently. And the collected data over the wireless network, such as WiFi, etc., is sent to the background. Some background on these data analysisto determine if the abnormal situation of physiological data, the early warning. Afteradministrators receive early warning information, to take certain measures to preventminers due to poor mental condition to make some improper operation.This system is mainly used JAVA technology to achieve its management systemarchitecture using MVC model, developed using the framework of the more popularSSH framework. In this paper, the health monitoring system for remote minersdetailed requirements analysis and system design, and describe the implementation ofthe system. The needs of the system during the course of the analysis, the main use ofUML analysis and design models to build this system, through UML model is tooprogrammers understand user needs and reach consensus, so that programmers cancorrect implementation requirements raised by users. Another major work of thispaper is to achieve remote health monitoring system miner full functionality, enablingthe miners more detailed attention and care, the better the "people-oriented" conceptdeep into the mining work.
