It is very urgent to make the standard purchasing process specification in a streamline way, improve the overall efficiency of procurement and make the procurement datum follow the purchase contents, which can be used for reference. In addition, making statistical analysis through purchasing datum for further streamline purchasing contents in the future and reasonable distribution of resource procurement ratio has also become the urgent demand nowadays. This article is based on this purpose, which designs an educational equipment procurement management system based on B/S structure by the use of information technologyThis is the subject of " the design and implementation of regional educational equipment procurement management system". The activities of modern procurement management, has been far beyond the simple material trading activities of traditional procurement mode to ensure the daily office organization of management. Informatization is the trend of the development of the modern era, representing advanced productivity. Purchase management under infomatization can meet the contemporary social trend in paperless office, save more energy, and protect the environment. At the same time, with the popularity of the Internet in a wide range, it makes the flow of information more strengthened. People are not confined to a local office any more, which greatly improves the efficiency of the office. Through the study of the existing business processes work and combining with the idea of software design, users are not only able to complete the purchase of declaration management, project information management, system management, score a few parts, but also solve such problems as the practical work of government procurement of waste of resources, data reporting and purchasing management information dissemination not timely, manual data being modified etc.This system is using Eclipse PHP Studio4development tools and MySQL as a data storage management system, with Apache, Zend composed a good development environment, along with a variety of mature open sources and tools, database design and development of this system. This paper gives designing details on the initial demand analysis and database structure design. According to the design idea of software engineering, the system adopts the use of the whole life cycle of method development, including system requirements analysis, system overall design, system detailed design etc.. This system operation is simple and clear, which is for the people with a certain computer knowledge can conveniently use the platform.This paper describes in details the whole process of making this system.
