Research And Analysis Of Sports Equipment Management System In Longling No. 1 Middle School

With the development of information technology,the schools pay more attention to the information management,resource management in the school are generally carried out technical updates?Nowadays,in order to achieve more effective management and more efficient use of school sports equipment,the Longling First Middle School plan to establish a management information system which the main functions are sports equipment procurement,borrowing and inventory.On the background of the Longling First Middle School,this paper describes the project background of the system,the development status of similar systems at home and abroad,and based on this,the research contents and main work of this thesis are summarized.In business analysis,the system involved in the organization,the main problems encountered in business,as well as the relevant information related to business personnel are described,the original business process is analyzed and the original business flow chart is drawn,based on this,the original business process is optimized,and the business flow chart is given.In the aspect of function analysis,the role is analyzed,through the use case diagram,the paper designs the system module boundary,seven modules are designed,such as equipment procurement management,inventory management,equipment borrowing,site borrowing,reporting statistics query,basic information management and system management,and the use case diagram and package diagram of the corresponding module are designed.Based on the business analysis,the paper designs the function of data analysis and entity class diagram of system,and then gives a detailed design of the database table.Finally,the paper summarizes and prospects.
