The Design And Implementation Of Yibin University Equipment Procurement Management System

Enhancing the effective management of equipment procurement of Yibin University is a powerful guarantee for smoothly work on experimental teaching and research. The laboratory of university is not only an important place for students to learn knowledge and develop their capabilities, but also an important base to train innovative talents. The teaching of most natural science and some social science courses is conducted by the way of experiments in Yibin University. The equipment for teaching and experiments is the basic material basis in the experiments, and the management on equipment directly shows the comprehensive strength of universities. Thus enhancing scientific management on teaching and research equipment to maximize the role is an important part on improving the level of scientific research. Device management is not only an important symbol of the overall management of the school, but also directly affect the research and teaching and other school work. To provide quality service and the best conditions for the experiments, how to make experimental teaching equipment in the best condition is a key problem in the improvement on experiment and teaching work of Yibin University.During the study on the subject, the main work of this paper included requirements analysis of the system, design of the overall framework, code writing of some functional modules, implementation of the functional modules, design on database of entire system, and system testing in late stage. Black box testing method was mainly used in system testing. The purpose of the research was to complete the development of equipment procurement management system of Yibin University through research, analysis, design and implementation. The individual parts of the system were combined together organically by efficient and automated processing of previous data, to make data sharing and improve efficiency of equipment procurement management.Accord to the requirements for equipment procurement management of Yibin University, SQL Server 2005 database management system and B/S structure system designed by ASP(Active Server Pages) applications were learnt and applied. The main tasks included functional requirements analysis, function modules divided, database analysis, data table and functional modules design.In this paper, the function and implementation process of each sub-module as well as the core technology were explained. On the basis of preliminary tests, the system enhanced the effective management on equipment procurement of Yibin University, improved the scientificity and efficiency of equipment procurement management, and completed design goal of equipment procurement management system.
