Railway Equipment Management Information System Analysis And Design

For the whole railway transport department,equipment management has important sense. It is important information resources for the basis management. It is an important basis to technical reformation,traffic control,ensure the traveling schedule and accident emergency rescue.In this paper,combined with the department of transportation equipment management requirements and the actual content of equipment management,analyze and design railway equipment management system,meet the requirement of the user, provide accurate information of enterprise equipment and supplies to corporate decision makers,optimize fixed and mobile asset utilization,enhance the enterprise supply chain predictability and response,reduce expenditure from the enterprise internel operation.This paper introduces the concept of equipment management information system and the development and the research status at home and abroad,analyze application background and research significance.The paper complete the system demand analysis,the function module division and treatment process,the database design,finally each functional module interface.Combining railway informationization construction specific environment and actual management requirement,especially the asset privacy features, the system adopts three layer C/S architecture design,design SQL Server2000database based on Windows platform,use MFC ODBC database technology,design each module interface of the system based object-oriented development tools Visual C++.The paper complete railway equipment management information system with system management,equipment management,procurement management,repair management and material management.The system has friendly interface and a good scalability,and realize the sharing of information resources about equipment,repair,purchasing and materials management between the technical department,materials department and other departments.
