Design And Implementation Of E-college Equipment Procurement System

Nowadays with the rapid development of the Internet , the demands of university's electronic procurement of equipment are increasing more and more rapidly. Electronic procurement system of university equipment(EPSU) can handle well the procurement process for the Centre for centralized management and monitoring and information sharing. It has become a development direction.Construction of a high level e-procurement system of Equipment can make university equipment procurement more and more transparent and fair. The realization of procurement information network, making college equipment procurement to better serve the university, has become a college e-government's important work task.This thesis first focuses on the practical significance of electronic procurement system. We developed the system by thinking the Agile based software engineering terms, chosen Microsoft. NET platform, which is B/S(Browser/Server) based structure, as the development platform; Secondly, we use PowerDesigner to model and design the EPSU's database modal under the analysis of requirement of EPSU. Based on the database model, combined with agile development methods,we completed the development tasks of the buyers management, the supplier management, the expert management and system management modules;Finally, with the development requirements of current university e-procurement system and information technology,we set out several aspects of future maintenance in our system which needs to be taken into consideration.
